Data Deletion Instructions

High Voltage Support uses a Facebook integration to help authorised staff review enquiries received through our Facebook Page.

Request deletion

Email [email protected] with the subject Facebook data deletion request.

Please include:

• Your Facebook display name.
• The approximate date you contacted our Page.
• A brief description of the information you want deleted.

Please do not send passwords, identity documents or sensitive personal information with your initial request. We may ask for limited additional information to verify that the request relates to you.

What we will delete

We will review your request and delete the personal information associated with you that is held by our integration, including imported message or comment content and related reply drafts.

If we need to retain information to meet a legal obligation, we will explain what must be retained and why. We aim to respond to deletion requests within 30 days.

Facebook’s own records

Deleting information from our integration does not automatically delete the original messages, comments or other records held by Facebook. You can manage those through Facebook’s tools or contact us for assistance with content on our Page.
