Pre Covid my profession was in the creative arts; Working on filmset as an actor (Netflix and Channel 10) or playing music around QLD in bands. I am diagnosed with ME/CFS so physical balance, burnout and rest was forced to become an essential part of my life, helping me come to terms with my neurodiversity. Through my understanding of character development, storytelling and sub text my skillset has helped participants for the last few years understand who they are; who they want to be; and what it takes to get there.

I've always believed that gaming is one of the most powerful tools we have — not just for entertainment, but for connection, creativity, and confidence-building. It's where problem-solving meets storytelling, where strategy meets social skills — and for so many neurodivergent individuals, it's a space where they feel seen, capable, and in control. That's what excites me most: the opportunity to take something I grew up with and turn it into something meaningful. From my perspective, the gaming world isn't just entertainment — it's the perfect vessel for purpose-driven work. I'm deeply committed to building programs, partnerships, and pathways that empower the neurodiverse community through tech, play, and creative learning. Whether I'm leading a brand strategy or forging a new collaboration, everything I do is rooted in this belief: that when we meet people where they are — in spaces they already love — we can help them thrive in ways that are truly life-changing.

Hi there I'm Patrick. I've had a bit of an unconventional start to finding myself in support work but overcoming my own challenges led me to believe helping those who want to help themselves was the most rewarding path I could take in my journey forward. I started with one foot in the film industry and one in hospitality, after studying I was mainly focused on costume and production design while owning a cafe in the Brisbane CBD, these connected paths led me to open another cafe at some local film studios. Out of time restraints I began storyboarding films instead, the conception point being what I enjoyed most about film. My love of hospitality on the other hand came from the genuine support I've been able to give to people over time by just giving them the space to be themselves. Having never quite felt I'd found my calling in terms of career, and with a heavy personal interest in philosophy, I realised I wanted to follow a counsellor/psychology route and will begin a post-graduate degree next year to improve my support work. Until then I hope to help people achieve their visions from scratch, kick their goals and apply their new skills to their own trajectory.
